Live Better, the Archbold-led community health initiative, is hosting the 10th annual Live Better Pink Run, which includes a 5K and 1-mile fun run, to kick off Breast Cancer Awareness Month on Saturday, October 3, 2026 at the Lewis Hall Singletary Archbold Cancer Center.

I realize that running is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter the run unless I am medically able and properly trained. I assume all risk associated with participating in this event including, but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, the effects of weather, traffic, and conditions of the paths and roads, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver, and in consideration of this entry, I the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby for myself, my heir, executors, and administrators, waive and release, all sponsors, Archbold Medical Center and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this wavier. If I am an employee of Archbold Medical Center, I acknowledge that my participation in the Live Better Pink Run is completely voluntary and does not constitute part of my work-related duties. I understand that my decision to participate, or not participate, in this activity will not affect my job status.
